They communicated clearly and made sure that my needs were met. the location is great, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore. the laundry service available on-site was extremely helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and updated despite some minor issues.

There were some minor upkeep issues that may detract from the overall experience.

We had an awesome stay! Best aspects were the friendly staff who made us feel at home, the great location, and the laundry service provided by a superwoman. We had no trouble communicating despite our limited Spanish.

The hotel offered great value for the price. the rooms were a bit outdated, but nonetheless cozy and comfortable. the location of this hotel is quite convenient - close to many attractions. the laundry service was also very helpful, and they had an amazing lady who did an incredible job. Another advantage of this hotel is the staff. They were all very kind, caring, and attentive.

To be honest, there was not much to dislike about this hotel. Some people may be looking for luxury and modern amenities, but this is not that kind of hotel.

This hotel was great for the price. The rooms were a bit dated, but still comfortable and cozy. The location couldn't be beat, it was in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also great being able to do our laundry on site, and the lady who helped us was amazing! the staff were what made our stay so wonderful. They were kind, caring, and always willing to help, even when we didn't speak the same language.

There really wasn't much to dislike about this hotel, but if you're looking for luxury accommodations, this isn't the place for you. The rooms are a bit basic and some may find them a bit small, but they're still comfortable and clean.

Great price, dated but great rooms, amazing location, superwoman laundry lady, kind and helpful staff.
